1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trilot LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of DnBlackBook.com (the "Site") and our domaining education course (the "Course" or "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Use License and Restrictions

2.1 License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the Course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

2.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Share, distribute, or transfer your account access
  • Copy, reproduce, or record Course materials
  • Create derivative works based on Course content
  • Use Course materials for commercial purposes
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices

2.3 Access Duration

Course access is provided for the period specified at purchase (lifetime or term-limited). We reserve the right to modify access terms with 30 days' notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Our Property

All Course content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of Trilot LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

3.2 Trademarks

"DnBlackBook" and associated logos are trademarks of Trilot LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

3.3 DMCA Compliance

We respect intellectual property rights. To report copyright infringement:

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must provide accurate, current information

  • One account per person (no sharing)

4.2 Account Security

  • Keep your password confidential
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at time of purchase
  • We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

5.2 Billing

  • One-time payment for Course access
  • No recurring charges unless explicitly stated
  • Failed payments may result in access suspension

5.3 Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for digital products. See our separate Refund Policy for limited exceptions.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

6.1 Educational Purpose Disclaimer

THE COURSE IS PROVIDED FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. WE DO NOT PROVIDE INVESTMENT, FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE. DOMAIN INVESTING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS.

6.2 No Guarantees

WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING:

  • Income or profit from domain investing
  • Success in domain investing
  • Specific results from Course materials
  • Future value of any domains

6.3 "As Is" Provision

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.4 Investment Risks

  • Domain values can fluctuate dramatically
  • Past performance does not predict future results
  • You may lose your entire investment
  • You are responsible for your own due diligence
  • Only invest what you can afford to lose

6.5 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRILOT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE COURSE.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trilot LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your domain investing activities
  • Any content you submit or share

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to attempt resolution by contacting us at [email protected].

8.3 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall occur in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

8.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR COLLECTIVE ACTION.

8.5 Jury Trial Waiver

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. No refunds will be provided.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment
  • Repeated violations of community guidelines

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your license to access Course materials ends immediately
  • We may delete your account data after 30 days
  • Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and dispute resolution survive

10. Modifications to Service and Terms

10.1 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice. We are not liable for any modification or discontinuation.

10.2 Terms Updates

We may update these Terms by posting new versions on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Trilot LLC regarding the Service.

11.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

11.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights to any successor.
